O filme contará com vários atores e atrizes que retornam a franquia como Danai Gurira voltando como Okoye, Letitia Wright como Shuri, Angela Bassett como Ramonda, Lupita Nyong'o como Nakia, Winston Duke como M'Baku, Martin Freeman como Everett Ross, Danny Sapani como M'Kathu e Dominique Thorne irá estrear no filme como Riri Williams.
